For small and growing businesses

Time well tended.

TendNorth looks after the enquiries, follow-ups and reminders that quietly eat your week — so you can get back to running the business.

  • No enquiry left waiting
  • Follow-ups that happen on their own
  • One calm view of your week

Get your week back.

Most owners don't lose time to the big jobs. They lose it to the small ones — the callback you meant to make, the quote nobody chased, the details copied from an email into a spreadsheet. TendNorth tends to those, every day, so they stop piling up.

How it works

Three steps. Then it just keeps going.

  1. 01

    Everything lands in one place

Website forms and emails are gathered together as they arrive, with the details already filled in.

  2. 02

    TendNorth keeps them moving

Friendly acknowledgements go out straight away. Reminders and gentle nudges are scheduled, so nothing relies on memory.

  3. 03

You step in when it matters

When someone is ready to book or buy, you're told — with the full history in front of you.

Every enquiry answered. Every follow-up sent. Your evenings back.

What it takes off your plate

The jobs that never make the to-do list, but always take the time.

Chasing quotes

Sent a quote and heard nothing? TendNorth follows up at the right moment, in your tone of voice, and stops the moment they reply.

Remembering who to get back to

A short, clear email each morning of who's waiting on you today — and why.

Retyping details

Names, numbers and notes are captured once and kept together. No more copying between inbox and spreadsheet.

The Friday "where are we?"

A plain-English summary of the week: what came in, what's moving, and what needs a nudge on Monday.

Small, like you.

We're a small team based in Lancashire, in the North of England, and a small business ourselves, so we know the feeling: the phone ringing mid-job, the quote you meant to chase, the paperwork waiting at the kitchen table. TendNorth was built for businesses like ours, not for big companies with sales departments.

Everything happens by email, so you can reply whenever suits you — between jobs, after hours, or first thing with a brew. No sales calls, no chasing. When you get in touch, a real person reads it and writes back, and we'll only suggest what will genuinely save you time.

Questions

Good to know.

Is TendNorth a sales tool?

Not in the pushy sense. It looks after the everyday admin around enquiries and customers, so the people you're talking to get a quick, thoughtful reply — and you get your time back.

Who is it for?

Small, owner-run businesses — trades, shops, salons, studios and local services — where the person answering the phone is usually the same person quoting the job and doing the admin in the evening.

Who's behind TendNorth?

A small team based in Lancashire, in the North of England, who know what running a small business is really like. We're not a faceless software giant: when you get in touch, you'll hear back from one of us, and we'll take the time to understand how your business works.

Do I need to change how I work?

No. TendNorth fits around the tools you already use, such as your email and website forms. We'll talk you through the setup by email, step by step.

What does the founding price include?

Our first 10 customers pay £59 a month instead of the usual £99, and that price is locked in for as long as you stay subscribed. A few simple conditions keep it fair for everyone:

  • The price stays at £59 while your subscription continues. If you cancel and come back later, the usual price applies.
  • It covers the TendNorth service as it is when you join. Any new features we add later will be optional extras, never forced on you.
  • In return, we'll ask for your honest feedback as we improve, and — only if you're happy — a short review we can share.
What happens after I send an enquiry?

Someone from the team reads it personally and emails you within one working day, explaining how TendNorth would fit your business. You can reply whenever it suits you, and there's no phone call unless you ask for one.
